Viduriq

We score how long local approval takes, and whether it comes at all.

Delayed, denied, or withdrawn, and how long, for infrastructure projects facing a local decision body.

We simulate the community around the decision. Scored as of the date you ask.

The problem

Projects rarely get rejected. They get delayed.

Nobody prices the months.

How we get the number

We use modern AI to build the simulation, and we keep it out of the number itself. The probability comes from a method we can explain, check and score.

Opposition is not a fixed quantity you can look up. It spreads. Each resident's view stays fixed. What changes is who acts: one neighbor brings another to the hearing, a local group turns concern into turnout.

So we simulate it. We build a population of the community around a decision, map who influences whom, and run how opposition organizes and spreads through that network. The simulation is added to the forecast. AI helps build the simulation and never produces the number.

The record

Scores registered before the outcome. Every case stays, including the misses.

Decisions we forecast

Wherever these decisions leave a public record, we can register a forecast before the outcome and score it when it resolves.

How an engagement works

A founding pilot runs a history test on your own past projects, chosen by a rule we agree upfront. Each assessment is made as of its own date and scored against what actually happened. It runs six to eight weeks. Delivery is concierge: a person does the work and signs the output.

Founding slots are limited.

Independence and trust

Independence

  • No investor or client can see or change a forecast before it is registered.
  • We never work for a developer or operator on a project we forecast for a lender.
  • We forecast what a community will decide. We do not advise on how to change it.

Your documents

  • Your documents are not used to train AI and are not shared with any AI provider for training.

Security posture

SOC 2

  • No report held. Control documentation on request; Type II commissioned at the first engagement that requires one.

Data handling

  • No data vendor relationships; no client data sold or licensed; data reaches only the named sub-processors below.
  • Populations are synthetic and modeled in aggregate. No named individual is modeled.
  • Client documents are not published.
  • No login, no tenant data, no personal data beyond what you submit through the form.

Sub-processors

  • Microsoft Azurehosting and form storage
  • CloudflareDNS and bot protection
  • Resendemail delivery
  • Microsoft 365inbound mail

Frequently asked questions

  • What does Viduriq forecast?

Whether a decision making body approves, delays or rejects your project, and the likely delay. Not what the price should be.

  • How accurate is it?

We are preparing our first evaluation on resolved cases. The range shows how much each estimate moves under different settings; it does not measure how reliable the estimate is.

  • How long does it take?

A founding pilot runs six to eight weeks. We reply to every inquiry within two business days.

  • What do you need from us?

The project details, and the decision you want forecast.

  • What does it cost?

Founding pilots are priced per engagement. We quote after we agree the scope.

  • How is this different from an LLM?

No language model produces the probability. Language models help prepare inputs. A statistical method produces the number; the simulation's results enter it as one more input.

  • Do you train AI on our documents?

No. Your documents are not used to train AI and are not shared with any AI provider for training. We use AI providers only under zero data retention agreements.

  • Is our data encrypted?

Yes, in transit and at rest.

  • Who can access our data?

    Only the team, with MFA.

  • How are results delivered?

A person delivers each score card directly to you. There is no shared platform.

  • Do you work for developers and lenders on the same project?

No. If a developer or operator is our client, we do not score their projects for a lender.

  • What if our project isn't a data center?

Tell us what you are looking at. We will tell you straight whether the public record is there and what it would take, before anyone commits to anything.

  • How long do you keep our inquiry?

Submissions are reviewed after 90 days and deleted unless there is an active engagement. Consent records are kept 36 months.
