What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect only the fields you fill in. We do not collect:

Device fingerprints
Behavioral tracking data
IP addresses beyond what Azure logs for security purposes

How we use it

When you submit a form, the handler at /api/submit-design-partner verifies your Turnstile token with Cloudflare, then sends two emails through Resend: a notification to the internal address we monitor with the fields you entered, and a confirmation to the address you provided. It also stores the submission in Microsoft Azure.

Consent

Consent is unchecked by default. You must explicitly opt in before we will contact you. Your consent timestamp is logged server-side.

Retention

Submissions are reviewed after 90 days and deleted unless there is an active engagement. Consent records are kept 36 months. To request deletion at any time, see Your rights below.
